Greta Garbo merely wanted to be alone. The glamorous, famous movie star wanted to enjoy her privacy. So she lived in Manhattan?

A person wants privacy, you’d think there would be better places than Manhattan to find it. Like the Internet, for instance? It is so unlikely that you will find privacy on the Internet, it’s doggone tough to find a website that doesn’t have a privacy statement.

I’m a little touchy on the subject of privacy because in order to expand the distribution frontier of this publication, we had to adopt a privacy statement that defined our privacy policy.

Privacy assurance was never a consideration of mine, as the stated purpose of this magazine is to help business people connect to other business people. We publish profiles of business people, press releases about the comings, goings, doings, and accomplishments; awards, accommodations, and accolades of business people.

That being said, here’s a tease of what you’ll find if you wish to read our entire privacy policy.
