Twin Valleys New Media Network LLC named longtime broadcaster Louie Manno director of programming and content. Twin Valleys operates a regional TV network, including WBTV and WGMU in Burlington and WNVN in Saranac Lake, N.Y., plus broadcast translators in New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
New Breed Marketing announced that Seth Morse and Michael Caha have joined the company. Morse, an account executive, was with a Boston firm. Caha, a marketing associate, was in IT support at the University of Vermont.
NRG Systems Inc. promoted Paul Dawson to global sales manager. Dawson has been with the company since 2008.
Andy Bohlin joined Hanson & Doremus as assistant portfolio manager. He was vice president of the equities group for a Boston firm.
Robin Shover of Shelburne has joined Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties of Colchester as a real estate sales professional. Shover has five years’ experience in real estate and a combined 18 years of sales experience.
Cedar Wood Chiropractic announced that Kevin Leveille, DC, has joined the practice. Leveille is a chiropractic physician specializing in applied kinesiology chiropractic and diversified techniques.
Bruce Foust was named senior vice president and business banking manager at Merchants Bank. He was with Chittenden Bank and has 38 years’ banking experience.
Walsh & Monaghan LLP announced that attorney Claudine Safar joined the law firm with a practice focusing on land-use planning and real estate–related litigation. She spent eight years practicing law in New Hampshire. Walsh & Monaghan has offices in Burlington and St. Albans.
Consulting engineers DuBois & King Inc. announced that Timothy W. Dall, PE, LEED, AP, joined the firm as a senior structural engineer. Dall has 13 years’ experience including work on several Vermont educational buildings. He works in the firm’s Williston office.
MyWebGrocer announced the addition of six staff members. Jennifer Corzine, an operations specialist, was with Par Springer-Miller Systems. Heather Adams, human resources manager, was with Vermont Federal Credit Union. Andrew Johnstone, a software engineer II, was with Med Associates Inc. Jesse Brady-Searby, sales executive, was with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Jabez Boyd, director, publisher relations, was with Epik One. Gail Dixon, executive administrative assistant, was with Hoff Curtis.
Union Bank announced that Don Goodhue was named vice president, information systems officer. He has been with the bank for eight years. Robyn Masi was promoted to vice president, branch manager of the Stowe office. She has been with the bank for 17 years. Karen Noyes was named vice president, branch manager of the Morrisville-Northgate Plaza office. She has been with the bank for 30 years.
Phil Schuman was named director of membership sales at the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce. Schuman has been in sales in Chittenden County for several years, most recently at TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
The board of directors of Paul Frank + Collins PC announced the election of S. Crocker Bennett II as president and CEO. He will also serve as chairman of the executive management committee. He follows Alan D. Port, who served eight years as president and will remain a director. The firm also announced that Jeff Wutzke joined the practice as of counsel to head the property and development team and work with the energy and environmental law team. Wutzke was a partner at Lewis & Roca LLP in Phoenix, Ariz.
Maponics of Norwich announced the addition of two senior account executives to its sales team: Angela Kapuscinski and Gene Cook. Kapuscinski has 10 years’ geospatial sales experience; Cook has 10 years’ geographic information systems experience.
Matt Durkee, regional president of NBT Financial Group, announced that Christopher Quintin and Sean Grattan joined the bank as assistant vice presidents and financial consultants, based at the bank’s regional office at 150 Bank St. in Burlington. Both were with TD Bank.
Paul H. Ode Jr., CEO and managing partner of the law firm Downs Rachlin Martin, announced that attorney Peter D. Van Oot has moved to the Upper Valley and will continue his practice primarily from the firm’s Lebanon, N.H., office. He will continue to work part time in the Brattleboro office. Danielle Pennetta joined the litigation practice group, where she will practice of counsel. Pennetta, who has more than 10 years of practice in the New York City area, will work from the Burlington office.
Nathan Boucher joined Hampton Direct as IT manager. Boucher was senior systems engineer at Chroma Technology in Rockingham.
Ellen Gallagher Kane was named executive director of the Fanny Allen Corp., a charity giving program of the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph. Kane has 15 years’ experience in service, development, and grant-writing for Vermont nonprofits. She succeeds Sister Irene Duchesneau.
Rick Milliken, general manager of the Doubletree Hotel Burlington, announced that Jonathan Amon has returned to the hotel as rooms division manager. He manages front desk operations and the housekeeping and engineering departments. He was originally employed by the Clarion Hotel in 2001.
Maple Leaf Farm promoted Lisa Miller to food service director. Miller joined the food service staff in 2008, after 12 years as head cook at Mount Mansfield Union High School.
The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity board of directors announced that Jan Demers was named executive director. Demers was executive director of High Peaks Hospice and Palliative Care in northern New York.
Erik Filkorn, a Richmond public relations consultant, announced that his agency will operate from the offices of Spike Advertising in Burlington’s Kilburn & Gates building. Elizabeth Dotson-Westphalen was named director of the Governor’s Institute on the Arts. The Woodstock native is a jazz trombonist, vocalist, and educator who has performed around the world in many venues and with many other performers.

Vermont Public Television hired Kathryn A. Scott for the new position of chief content officer. Scott heads the creation, integration, and distribution of VPT’s content. She has extensive management, production, journalism, fundraising, and marketing experience in commercial and public media. •
